Intensive Driving Lessons

Intensive driving lessons, sometimes called ‘crash’ courses:

The drivers try to blame each other for the crash!

Is this the result of a ‘crash’ course?

If you have never learned to drive a car before, haven’t mastered the controls or basic junctions, then an intensive course of lessons is not for you as the hardest part is learning to control the car – this is the bit before you start learning to drive!

So, the solution?

Book a block of 10hrs and take these lessons over a period of 2 to 3 weeks.

During this time, study for and maybe take your theory test (if not already done).

Now book your intensive course.  You will need between 20 and 30 learning hours for this, which you can take over 1 to 2 weeks.  If it’s not working for you, learning so intensively, no worries, just spread the rest of your hours out.

Once you’ve passed your theory test, your practical test can be booked, after discussion with your instructor.

In this way you will learn quickly but properly – you will be a much safer driver!

*Care Motoring is so called because the letters of the word CARE stand for the qualities needed to be a good, safe driver:

Consideration: a considerate driver understands that driving is a team effort

Awareness: an aware driver is aware of all potential hazards and plans their driving accordingly

Responsibility: a responsible driver never endangers other road users

Eco-Safe: an eco-safe driver takes positive steps to reduce fuel consumption and vehicle wear and tear
